WonNDERFUL 19th bday! I just feel that im a blessed girl to have so many friends, family and my love ones putting in all the effort to make my bday a special and unforgettable one even though i'm so far away from home. I had a totally of 4 cakes( 2 via the net, and 2 over here in shanghai) for my 19th year on earth. Maybe I shall start with my very first bday gift that brought me the greatest surprise and left me a beautiful impression that I'll never ever forget, done by my one and only darlin Elgene!
On 8th May, at around 1130pm, i was asked online to accept a gift from him. Oh well, i thought it would be some slideshows of pictures of us together w some songs and all BUT NOT! It was something even better than that! When i opened that file, it appeared to be a vid. of himself! Honestly, it made laugh nonstop alright when i saw it because i never thought he would ever do that! It was kinda cute of him to do that, making me giggle all the way until he finally brought out a cake and lighted it up! I was caught so unprepared and extremely SURPRISED when he did that. The next minute, i just found myself bursting into tears! It came rolling out just like that and I was laughin at e same time, my heart totally sank deep. Its a feeling that I've nvr felt since a long time ago. I guess ive really found a wonderful bf w all these small lil actions just tells a million words to me. I simply just love him! MUAHH!
That was probably the 1st surprise that started for my bday. The next was as just surprising as well! Done by a cheeky woman called Sharon! Basically, she just asked for my company's address the week before, but i didnt have it with me. So i gave her just one day b4 my bday and i didnt think much of what im gonna expect or anything.
Early this morning at 6.30AM! i was so reluctant to wake up for work, then this smart guy from the florist called and woke me up by calling my name, which kinda shocked me up! Then started blabbering my company add in chinese!(i had to force myself to wake up & listen him repeat the add!) HAHA! Thats where i knew what im gonna receive=).
At ard 11.45pm, the delivery man came and sent me both the beautiful bouquet of 12 roses & a cake w a sweet message left by Jon & Sharon=) I was stunned by the cake! Well, so i had something different this yr, celebrating my bday w my colleagues from AMTEK and it was kinda weird to gather them ard me to sing me, my bday song in chinese! HAHHA! SO weird yet CUTE la!=D Wanna thank Sharon for making such an effort by clickin on so many websites to look for the best looking cake & flowers! I LOVE THEM LOTS! *hugss*
Well, so after that work was as per normal and all. So i shall skip that and head straight for after i knocked off. HAHA. Well, i have been irritating both Ju & Zx to play fireworks w Yx & me since the Golden week hols(but were too lazy to go find). Then after work today, they handed me a box of fireworks and i was TOO HAPPY TO SAY anything till i forgot to even thank Zx & Ju for that! It was fab! We then headed to sakae sushi for buffet dinner(a very sumptuous one indeed) before we headed to our area to play FIREWORKS! I ACTUALLY LIGHTED THOSE FIREWORKS MYSELF! i was practically screaming and jumping away la! It was beautiful! Simply love the experience! Its really addictive though! I swear im getting a bigger one next time! HAHHAH! Wanna thank Julian, Zhangxuan and my wonderful partner Yingxian for that! Oooohhh. Lovely surprise again!=)
Then after that i rushed home, cause my family asked me to come online as they've got another surprise awaiting me at home! I came online and saw my dearest Daddy, Brother, Sis in law, Yukang & Yuheng & my hippy maid-Siti=) So happy to see them once again via the webcam! They actually celebrated my bday with a cake as well! A lemon with brownie cake (i suppose), sang me a bday song and had my 3 yr old toddler, ever naughty & excited * hyperactive nephew, Yukang to blow off the candles and cut my cake! LOL. It seems like his bday instead la! ahhah! Love him so much as well! and guess what! IM GETTING A NEW HP! Say byebye to the suckiest N80! HAHAHA. n Let us welcome Mr Sony W880i!!! WHEEE! Love my family! HAHHAA. Simply GREAT & fortunate to have such supportive & wonderful fam!=D whhhhheee...
Well, my surprises dont just end here. Well, i guess im so very touched by my dearest partner Yingxian here! She actually went to tell her sister & bro in law, abt my bday and then they came back with another cake for me! My god! I was so shocked la! It a choc. cake topped w choc shavings from Paris Baguette!=) It was really sweet of them to celeb. my bday w me as well! Something different again this yr & i guess ill never get to celeb. w them again! Awww=)
Baby: Boy... why r u so sweet to me? Ure always makin me fall deeper for u everytime when u do such things. The previous entry was just as sweet as the vid.! Its simply unforgettable! *SQUEESHING TIGHT HUG* I will still be waiting for my present when im back home!=D
Sharon & Jon: Haha! i wanna thank u guys so much for the effort made for my bday! Im really grateful to have u guys ard to actually plan this whole thing for me, when we dint even know each other for long! Awww.. Love u!=)
Zhangxuan, Julian: U guys have been w me for like 2mths working and having fun together and making that fireworks surprise work for me! I guess u guys have been great classmates even though i know theres a slight misunderstanding bet. us last month. Well, all i have to say is that even being as friends, we do have our ups & downs. I'll nvr fail to be laughin w u guys ard.=)
Yingxian: Uve always been quiet and emoing over some stuffs which i shouldn say here=D But I know u seem to know alot of stuffs abt ppl and making surprises for my bday work so discreetly tt i dont even know huh! Ure a great friend cum brkfast maker and mommy nagger=D Love u babe!
Daddy ,Bro & fam: Daddy, if u do even see this journal. I JUST CAN SAY I LOVE YOU and so is BROTHER and everyone else in the family!=) I MISS HOME! IM HOMESICK! I wanna go home!

first of all baby happy 19th birthday! =) 1 yr older already ah u...better stop acting childish i tell u lol! sigh...its the first birthday and yet i couldn't get to celebrate it with you...luckily we are both fair...we had to miss each other birthdays...yea its cruel at the sametime fair...i would feel super shitty if u helped me celebrate mine and i couldn't do the same right... for the past 2 months that u have been away...little changed...i am still me having that same old hairstyle...still wearing the tshirts and jeans...still idolising andylau...still thinking about you and missing you 24-7...still wanting to talk to u and meet you whenever i can...just that now its either long distance call or over the net=\... quite unknowingly its 2 months already...and its another 2 more months left before u return...i hope that this coming 2months will pass as fast...im missing you badly...needless to say all ur wonderful friends and your family...=) hope u do enjoy this birthday baby...the next one we will definately celebrate it together!=) i love you...*hugs & kisses*

The 4th, 5th and 6th day..
After a day of resting at home after waking up at 5pm. I slept early before we set off for Sun island golf and hot spring bath resort near LuJiaZhui. Well, it was a rather relaxing trip to the resort though.
Okay... As you can see.. we were plainly bored upon arrival at the resort... Lol!
Played Go-kart later on. Well, this isnt Yx nor me. Its Julian! How lucky to have his pic taken!
Automated mahjong which we played for about an hour with no chips at all. Boring! -Yawns- I was practically yawning away halfway playing with that=/. But its interesting though, cause usually we had to shuffle and place all the tiles manually=)
Okay. Another random pic of an adult shrimp(the size of a thumb) with that ultra long pincers. Do u call that pincers? Anyw, many Shanghainese love to eat this litle meaty shrimp.
We went for fishing with just one rod. Okay, it was rather a pathetic one though! haha. Was supposed to fish with that dough like thingy which smells like corn flour dough. Whatever it is, doesnt even lure the fishes in! Count that a bait? No. So... we played with it! Throwing at each other, making triple jumps on the surface of the water, and sticking it on Ju's eyebrow! HAHAHHA. So funny!

Yes! Finally I got pictures taken with those handsome horses! The white one is the one i rode on! The feeling was damn good, while it galloped and ran! I was taught how to know the momentum when riding. Damn cool! Cant wait to go back to Spore and learn!!! aaawww..
This is my korean meal for my lunchie. Weird cold dishes=/ and so not very nice codfish kimchi soup=/ haww.. dont really like korean food=/ Well, sake was nice!=) But not with the dare of gulping 2 shots down. Ju & Zx ended up looking like the reddest lobsters ever! ahah!
Okay.. Learnt golf from Julian d'coach!=) haha! Not that bad after all the correct posture and right placing of the hands and club. I manage to hit near 12.5km, NEARLY. but still it dropped into the pond=/ Anyw, if u realised, i was in the wrong attire-slippers- HA! Oh well, it snapped halfway thru. Darn it! Thats why i appeared barefooted in one. LOL. But attire doesnt matter, its how keen im learning isnt it! Hahah. I've always thought playing golf is boring, but im getting so interested after this. Hoho!
Nice hand isnt it? Mine!=) & the weird statue. HAHHAHAHA.
